Terms of Use and Membership Agreement
This text defines the usage rules of Gayret and the core legal framework between the user and the service provider.
Service definition
Gayret is a digital companion for prayer times, Quran reading, qibla, personal notes, goals, reminders and related premium features.
The scope of the service may change, expand or narrow over time.
Requisito de edad
Los usuarios deben cumplir la edad minima exigida por la legislacion aplicable para usar la aplicacion.
Para menores pueden aplicarse consentimiento parental o requisitos legales adicionales.
Prohibited behavior
Creating fake accounts, impersonating others or using misleading account information.
Publishing insults, threats, hate speech, harassment, spam or unlawful content.
Sharing degrading, provocative or harmful content toward religious values, people or communities.
Using bots, scripts, scraping, unauthorized data extraction or exploiting security issues to disrupt the system.
Abusing app store payment flows, subscription entitlements or technical limits.
Account suspension
Accounts may be suspended temporarily or permanently for policy violations, security risks, official requests or payment issues.
In severe violations, access may be terminated without prior notice.
User content
Users are responsible for notes, goals, comments, profile details or other content they add.
Gayret may technically process this content to provide the service, sync data and maintain security.
Limitation of liability and governing law
• The service is provided as is, without absolute guarantees of uninterrupted service, fitness for a specific purpose or error-free operation.
• Prayer time and qibla information may vary depending on the calculation method, device permissions and location accuracy.
• Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
